Board Members are expected to meet quarterly and communicate via phone or email as needed. The Board's role and responsibility is to steer LOT towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, legal and financial management policies, as well as ensuring the organization maintains adequate resources to advance the mission and vision.
